How can I help?  

Yoga doesn’t need to be frustrating, alienating, confusing, or painful.  In fact I believe yoga can help anyone feel better regardless of fitness level, yoga experience, health, weight, or injury (or type of yoga pant).  Yoga can help you build your confidence, strength, and flexibility, teach you to focus and relax, help you to self-reflect and grow, and ultimately help you become a better person. Yoga is a secular way of life and a research-based therapy that can help you improve your wellbeing; anything else is exercise.
