Mindfulness can up your (chocolate-eating) game
What the heck does mindfulness mean? Pro tip: wine and chocolate can help you learn it. I spent a Friday night last month with public speaker, coach, and friend Michelle Cederberg to practice mindfulness. The video was part of her Work-Life Recharge #53in17 Project, her labour of love to share one coaching video every week during 2017. Each week she shares strategies, information and inspiration to help you live energetically, do better work, and get the most out of life! In our video, I expectedly demonstrate mindfulness and give you pointers on how to use it in your everyday life. I may even share a dating tip. Spoiler: it involves texting and wine.
