Calm: A Meditation Workshop

The favourite long-running meditation workshop is back.

Spring 2017

This meditation workshop is an all-levels training that Kim has been leading for half a decade.  During the workshop you’ll learn how meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork can help you de-stress, manage your energy, and keep things in perspective this holiday season.  Kim will teach you real-life ways to use the principles of meditation in your day-to-day life to help you reduce stress, manage your pain, improve your relationships, and be happier overall.   You will leave the training feeling well taken care of.  Real gifts of a full home-practice meditation program and peace and joy (and treats) included.  Caution: Avoid the use of heavy machinery, e.g., cell phones and mall parking lots, after this workshop.

“What I really loved about the workshop: I loved the mix of yoga poses and how you tied them in to preparing for a meditation. I loved the walking meditation (and how it got us up and moving around in between the ‘still times’. My mom and sister-in-law both mentioned how they really appreciated your attention to detail; your attentiveness to each person as an individual; and how you anticipated where & when a person might need a hand or a modification. (All reasons I love you, too.) The chocolate was pretty good too……..

I also really really appreciated the take-home manual. So great to have a reminder for when I get off-track.”
