Kim is proud to offer this groundbreaking mind-body meditation and yoga workshop in collaboration with Cultivate.  This two-part therapeutic workshop combines relaxation techniques taught by a registered psychologist with yoga therapy taught by Kim, a Certified Yoga Instructor.  The first of it’s kind in Calgary, this workshop combines meditation, yoga, and relaxation techniques to help you learn to relax, manage pain, improve concentration, be less reactive, and improve your overall quality of life.
