Calm: A Meditation Workshop – Holiday Edition

Does the thought of Christmas turn you into Scrooge? Does the holiday season stress you out more than bring you cheer? Do holiday commitments leave you feeling drained rather than grateful?
This meditation workshop is an all-levels training that Kim has been leading for over half a decade. During the workshop you’ll learn how yoga, meditation, and mindfulness can help you destress, manage your energy, and keep things in perspective this holiday season. This year Kim will be co-leading with Senior Yoga Teacher Joann Kalantzis. Together, Kim and Joann will teach you real-life ways to use the principles of meditation in your day-to-day life to help you reduce stress, manage pain, improve your relationships, and live happier overall. You’ll leave the workshop feeling well taken care of. Real gifts of a home meditation program and peace and joy (and treats) included.
Caution: Avoid the use of heavy machinery, e.g., holiday shopping carts and mall parking lots, after this workshop.
