How can I help?  

Yoga doesn’t need to be frustrating, confusing, or painful.  In fact I believe yoga should be able to help anyone feel better and live a happier life regardless of fitness level, yoga experience, health, weight, or injury.  Yoga can help you build confidence, strength, and flexibility, help you to self-reflect and grow, teach you to focus and relax, and help you become a better person.  Anything else is exercise.
